Zen Shiatsu

Originating in Japan, this body and energy work has its roots in TCM and was developed by Shizuto Masunaga in Japan at the beginning of the 20th century. Energetically, shiatsu follows the meridian theory, which is also found in acupuncture. Through a sensitive stretching technique from the center of the body - the Hara - the meridians and the life energy Qi are addressed by touching the clothed body with the hands, elbows and knees. Gentle rotations and stretches mobilize your joints and stimulate circulation and energy flow in the body. The Shiatsu treatment can induce meditative relaxation, promote body awareness and release blockages and tension.

Kahi Lomi Lomi Massage

A deep bodywork from Hawaii, also known as the "queen of massages" or "temple massage", said to have transformative powers. A Lomi Lomi massage is used for relaxation and, according to the shamanic philosophy of Huna, for physical, mental and spiritual cleansing, allowing energy (mana) to flow freely in the body. With flowing full body strokes, gentle stretches and underbody work, I respond to your individual needs so that you can regain your natural strength and general well-being.

Holistic Massage

A holistic massage is, as the term suggests, holistic in nature. Your consciousness, your body awareness and your well-being are included in the massage treatment. In a holistic massage, I combine different techniques harmoniously so that each touch brings back memories and new discoveries. Elements of classical massage (Swedish massage), structural deep tissue massage, joint release and rebalancing approaches are used.

Life Coaching & Personality Development

Sometimes we find it difficult to recognize and understand our own personality and behavioral patterns. This is often associated with dissatisfaction and problems in various areas of life. Each of us has personal values, strengths and resources that are available to us in overcoming life's challenges. In a coaching session we focus on your individual qualities, filter them and learn to appreciate and use them in a meaningful way. A coaching process can help you to look at new opportunities and potentials in a solution-oriented way, which you can consciously develop and use to further develop your personality and achieve your goals.

Who will you meet in your session?

 

Tamara Branovic

Born and raised in Munich in 1984, I have been living in Berlin for a few years now, and my move to Berlin was not only a change of place, but also a new professional path.

For years I have been interested in the body as a medium from the perspective of cultural studies. Today, in my work as a Shiatsu practitioner, holistic massage therapist and coach, I am fascinated and moved by our body and our psyche, what shapes, forms, grows, expands and can also restrict it.

In addition to my training as a holistic massage therapist, lomi therapist and shiatsu practitioner, I have also completed training as a coach, which allows me to support people in their personal development.

My approach

Build trust! Your concerns are very important to me. Listening to you openly, responding to your information and entering into dialogue and contact with you at eye level are therefore the first steps that can give you new impulses for change.

Stressful conditions can be anchored in physical structures and become visible in the form of nervousness, restlessness, tension, bad posture, imbalance - stress reactions – in general.

A mindful and appreciative approach allows you to relax physically and mentally. The focus returns to you and your body, and you can discover your personal resources, achieve greater well-being and balance, and thus initiate changes on your own.
